Cecilie Thorsen

Cecilie Thorsen is a specialist in clinical psychology and now works as an organizational psychologist. In her daily work with consultancy, management guidance, leadership development and organizational development, she combines experience from both fields. She worked for 5 years at Haukeland University Hospital, department “Jobbfast”, Scandinavia’s only treatment facility for people who suffer with health due to whistleblowing. She currently works with consultancy within this topic, both at individual and organizational level.
